Question amd 5700 problems

hi all could someone tell me what could be this problem..im playing warzone on my 5700 at 1440p and i can play for about an hour with smooth gameplay of 100fps to around 90 then all of a sudden i load in another match and i get around 40 to 50 fps and its unplayable...anyone know what this could be..gpu has 100% utilization and temps are pretty good also any idea?
