Question AMD 5700 XT weird artifacts randomly

This is a screenshot of my artifacts appearing on screen. It only came up for this one video, and then when I opened another tab to open reddit it stayed. After leaving that tab and opening a new window, it went away and has not come back. Is my GPU dying? It is less than a year old and with the GPU market this expensive Im hoping its just a graphics error

If you've had your card less than a year you are still under warranty (I hope). If it comes up the same again I might be concerned. Hold onto that screen cap and take more if they occur again.

It seems to act like a corrupted video causing it to do that. It only that one video so im wondering if theres something wrong with the codec on that specific youtube video that causes it to nuke the drivers. I updated my radeon software and disabled freesync and all that
