I am not sure the best/fastest ram in this case.
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C16 or

or

Corsair Vengence 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 4000 (PC4-32000) C18


The price is a difference of 50.00 more for the 4000;

Any thoughts of the better RAM?

Above 3600MHz with decent latency, it's bordering with diminishing returns in overall performance. I don't think that it's 50 bucks worth.
