That's not my question. My question is will the CPU be able to handle the 2 GPUs while gaming?

Yes the CPU/GPU combo will be able to handle pretty much any game that's out right now, I do know that a few games that are coming out in the nearish future recommend one of the 8 core FX processors for gaming on Ultra but you should be fine with that for awhile on just that CPU and GPU setup. Eventually upgrading to an FX8320 down the road will let you push the system even harder in even the most intensive games.
