AMD 64 to P4 conversion

Hey guys, is there a conversion between AMD 64 and P4?
Like, I want to know what's AMD 64 3500 + venice core cpu equals to which P4 cpu in correspondence.

Roughly only. An A64 3500 is roughly equivalent to a prescott running @ 3500mhz (3.5ghz). In the 600 series, i believe the closest is the 660.
