Yes I can play most games on medium to low settings on Powercolor HD6670 1gb ddr3

i would say 'low settings'. i had the same card and played far cry 4 low at 15-30 fps @ 1366x768 with a core i5 4440.
btw gta 5 runs fluently with that card (played with med settings 40-60fps)

avoid the HD 6670 DDR3 get the DDR5 version instead, with 4000 MHz effective memory clock, it's quite strong to run GTA V: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdeiIrHjUgE
