I am looking to upgrade my system slightly to boost graphics performance. At this time, I am trying to keep a small budget and therefore, it seems to be a good idea to take advantage of AMD's dual graphics option. I was looking at buying an XFX HD 6670 650MHz 2GB DDR3 card. However, in doing some research, it seems that only some games can take advantage of the performance boost. Since I am unsure what in a game makes it compatible, I would like to ask if the games I play could take advantage of it or not:

Team Fortress 2 (Performance is good as it is now)
Space Engineers (The main reason I'd buy the card)
Minecraft
Borderlands
Borderlands 2
Planetside 2

and other games of similar style but already run well as it is now.

Here are my specs:

-MSI Socket FM2/AMD A75/DDR3/SATA3&USB3.0/A&GbE/MicroATX Motherboard FM2
-AMD Quad Core A10-Series APU for Desktops A10-6800K with Radeon HD 8670D (AD680KWOHLBOX)
-Coolmax 600W 140mm Blue LED Fan Power Supply
-2 Crucial Ballistix Sport Very Low Profile 8GB Single DDR3-1600 1.35V UDIMM 240-Pin Memory Module
-WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX
-NZXT Technologies Source 210 Computer Case (Black)

So my question is, would it be worth it for me to buy the card for dual graphics (XFX HD 6670 650MHz 2GB DDR3) or not for these games? Any help will be appreciated! :)

You are absolutely right. In the end, I upped my price range and was able to get a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB GDDR5 overclocked for $111 including shipping and the rest. Thanks for your input!
