AMD 6950 Crossfire Compatibility

I currently have a AMD radeon 6770 (old I know) and recently found a sale for a 6950. I was planning on just replacing my 6770 with the 6950, but would these two be crossfire compatible? Based on the chart it looks like they are not, but that chart is not very clear.

No they use different chipsets and cannot be crossfired with eachother. Aside form the fact that even if they could the 6950 is far more powerful and would be dragged down by the 6770
