AMD 7000 series - Power draw

Supposedly the new 7000 series from AMD is going to draw a whole lot less power than current GPUs. Does that mean you will be fine with a weaker PSU, that would struggle with current high end cards, like a decent 550W?

yes sir. eventually lower PSU's will be more ideal.
