wheather there is a chance of bottleneck and also can , pcie 1.1 handle pcie 3.0
and my psu is 450w, it is a poor quality psu

with a 7750 that uses 55w of power, the power supply will be no problem, and with such low bandwidth on the card itself the pcie 1.1 shouldnt bottleneck it either. id say go for the 7750 or gt640, they are relatively the same price and performance with each having its own benefits and downfalls. good luck!

Both GT 640 and 6670 are at the same level in terms of performance.. but 6670 is $20 cheaper and it beats GT 640 in most benchmarks. Though GT 640 is 1% better in overall, Because GT 640 beats 6670 in Max Payne 3 by about 10 Fps (34 vs 24).. Why? because Rockstar games runs better on Nvidia (The way it's meant to be played). Imagine if you remove MP3 in Overall 😗 GT 640 will go down to 94-96% i think.

There are 8 Gaming benchmarks here, 6670 wins 5 out of 8 vs GT 640.
