amd 7770 stops working

i bought a msi msi r7770-pmd1gd5 not to long ago and recently it has just stopped working when im playing games like the game will freeze. i opened msi after burner and kept track of it and it was flat lineing at zero and i have no idea what to do about this

my specs:
amd 6350 cpu
msi r7770-pmd1gd5 gpu
8gb of Crucial Ballistix Sport ram
ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS Socket AM3+ 760G mATX AMD Motherboard
Diablotek EL Series PSEL500 500 Watt ATX Power Supply

Diablotek h...... that's a POS power supply. NOBODY recommends it so switch it NOW or damage your components further.

Yeah, there is a list out there of ALL power supply brands showing the top of the top and the lowest of the low. Diablotek is under the section of "NOT recommended, replace immediately". So the power supply is most likely freezing up. Here's the link to the one I have. GREAT quality and quite cheap! It's highly recommended by pro's and customers.
