AMD 7770 vs AMD 7790 (QUICK HELP NEEDED)

I am stuck between these two cards:

The 7770 is absolutely gorgeous, overclocked and has two fans, while the 7790 is ugly, has one fan and is meant to perform better.

How big of a performance difference should I expect from these two?

Yes, at 1600x900 but usually at 1366x768. I'm not demanding for visuals, but this card can easily run Fallout 4 at high settings, which is basically all I play. This is just a card to use as a backup until January when I get the GTX 1060, as my current R7 250 has a heap of trouble with it from day one. (faulty card)
