Question AMD 7770 windows 10 fresh install problem Any solution?

16 GB RAM
Asus Radeon HD7770 1GD5 V2
Seasonic Focus PX550

Hello i ve decided to make a fresh install on my system and suddendly realized that my gpu drivers can not be installed ( forever black screen after starting setup )
Thankfully i have this onboard gpu
now device manager not even shown the 7770
(the gpu is fine tested on other system PSU ok too) All are working properly except 7770 with win10
