I can understand some of this but most of it is just a bunch of numbers to me. I'm mainly going to be doing 1080p video editing in Sony Vegas 9.0 and Premiere Pro CS4 with Photoshop thrown in here and there.

Could someone please decipher these crazy numbers for me and tell me which would be best for what I will be doing?

Literally the only difference is the L3 cache. If you notice, all other specs are identical.
L3 cache is like memory but directly on the CPU die so it is something like 10x faster than ram. So, the more the better with otherwise identical CPUs.

Honestly though, the difference would be minimal. Unless the difference in price between the two is less than $5, then get the Phenom II 810.

From what I've seen the price difference has been around $50 so I'll be sticking with the 810.
