Have you tried googling for an overclocking guide? Not all cpus overclock the same using a guide will help you get to where you want or atleast as close as your cpu is going to get.

There is no guide ive tried looking but cant get anywhere ?

Well, 5 GHz is also when things break. You want to overclock properly, you do it from stock, 100 MHz at a time. If you do get to 5 GHz, you are very lucky, if you don't, bad luck.

The voltage, you increase in small increments as well.
