amd 8350 @ 5300 rpm and 52 degreeC at BIOS.

8350 @ 5300 rpm and 52 degreeC at BIOS.
I started my 8350 fx for first time after installing stock cooler but it rotates @5300 and tempreatures are climbing to 53 degrees and climbing just in uefi utility.
Motherboard at 34-39 degree C
I havent even installed the OS yet.
Have i done something Wrong???
I use I7 for lab that is quiet and
I never used AMD cpu with more then 2 cores.Is this normal with powerful amd cpus to idle at 53-54degree?

i am using 1333 1gbX4 sticks
asrock 970 extreme 3 2.0

remove then reinstall cooler,
check that it is seated properly,
don't use too much thermal paste
