AMD 8350 And win 7 patches

Hi guys. I bought today my new AMD 8350 (after waiting for 2 months for it to arrive to my country at a decent price) . Everything is going fine for now except but the windows aero keeps crashing , and I was wondering if it had to do anything with the 2 hotfixes windows released for Win 7, right now my Win7 ultimate has 0 patches. It's not like I bother about the aero, but anyway

I'm pretty sure Win8 no longer requires those patches. Not that they ever did any good anyway. If you installed the Win7 patches, I'd uninstall them.
