AMD 8350 Running at 4.8ghz with no overclock?

When i render in Vegas 14 my CPU usage is at 100% and thats normal. But i've never actually checked my clock speed before while rendering. When im playing a game or when im doing anything else it usually only goes to 4300mhz because thats the turbo speed. But now its at 4800+ Is this normal? Its .5ghz higher than the turbo core speed.

I suspect Open Hardware is incorrect. W/o an OC there is no way the CPU should be at that clock speed. In fact, that is a darn good OC speed. Try Hardware Info for comparison: https://www.hwinfo.com/
