Amd 9370 temps

Hello

I am new to CPUs that need liquid cooling

I have amd fx 9370 not overclocked
Mobo gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3 r5
Thermaltake 1000w gold psu
Video card nvidia GeForce gtx 960
Cooler is deep cool maelstrom 120

I am using amd overdrive to check temps while in Windows 7

It's gives me a thermal margin of 24c under some load and has been on all day

In bios it's gives me a temp that jumps and down between 34c and 43c

Ambient temp in room is 20c

Are my temps good for that cpu

Bios always says the temps are a little higher than they actually are from what I found. I would use something like HWmonitor to check out the temps. Idle in the 30s is good, and if load temps are like 58-65 I'd say you're ok.

Yup I'm with CryoWolf on HWmonitor.

However max temp for that CPU is 62'C. It throttles around 65.

Nope I've been using it to check FX setups for the past 5 years. No issues. The voltages are the iffy readings

Other than you read package temp I believe its not bad piece of software. http://openhardwaremonitor.org this one seems to work too.
