AMD 955BE stock at 53C idle! Not sure what is going on, please help!

Obviously that is way too high.

I just replaced my thermal paste because I noticed the temps were too high and they are still about the same. I used Arctic Silver 5 and followed the instructions here.

I have a Hyper 212 aftermarket cooler.

Core Temp Idle
SpeedFan Idle

Core Temp w/ Prime95 Blend

Please let me know if you need more information!

Have you screwed the cooler on fully to the CPU?
