AMD A 10 6800k

I was looking to configure with this processor here in INDIA,but i am confused with smps which i should go for,here vendor are giving smps of 500W and above but i want go for low consumption 300-350W,is it possible?
And what is now a day called liquid cooling accessories in cpu.

The higher Watts a PSU has, the less it will be stressed, therefore lasting longer. Most PSU's are rated to work best at a certain percentage. Usually around 70% or so. I would advice getting a 400W PSU at the very least. It all depends if you are using a discrete GPU, how many hard drives or SSD's, and so forth.
