AMD A-Series A10-7850K + XFX R7 250 (help)

I am planning to upgrade. I do already have the xfx r7 250
will it dual graphics with a10-7850k processor?
just want to know and will it ultra settings atleast battlefield 4 or watchdogs?

the hd7770 is the same as the 250x and probably has better cooling/ better price
.. get that one as it can also run in dual gpu mode with your apu

Also, you won't be running ultra settings in the latest games even with dual graphics.
