AMD A10-5745M or Intel® Core™ i5-4210U for video editing/graphic design?

I am on a budget and need a laptop that I can use for video editing and graphic design??
Need help on which one would be ideal for my digital needs?? Can anyone help??

HP Pavilion 15-n268sa
AMD A10-5745M GPU (2.1 GHz, 4 MB cache)
AMD Radeon HD 8610G / 8670M Dual GPU (2 GB DDR3)
1 TB HDD, 5400 rpm

OR

Toshiba Satellite L50-B-1P1
Intel® Core™ i5-4210U Processor (1.7 GHz, 2.7 GHz with TurboBoost, 3 MB cache)
8 GB DDR3
AMD Radeon™ R7 M260 (2 GB)
1 TB HDD, 5400 rpm

I would go with the second choice. It may be dual core but out preforms the AMD A10 - 5745M.

I have decided to go with the HP, only because I had powerful toshiba back in university and it died terribly!! And my wifes toshiba was even more powerful and is dying slowly and acts like a digital zombie! LoL taking 45mins just to start up! I have had a few HP's and they last much longer and the graphics card in this one is specifically more reliable!! besides this is only until I upgrade to the Wacom Cintiq Companion later this year or next year and thats got a i7 processor!
