AMD a10-5800k idling at 70C+

I was noticing some CPU throttling (I think) while I was playing borderlands 2 today. I have an a10-5800k, a corsair h75, and my gfx card is a evga gtx 960 4gb. I was getting 25 fps on medium settings. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you changed your thermal paste?

If not the thermal paste, it's maybe bad airflow or very hot room temperature.

It could be defective product too, the H75 may be not working properly. I've heard these cases in Closed loop cooling systems.

I have just replaced the thermal paste and I heard the water bubbling a little after jostling the computer around... So it shouldn't be either of those.
