AMD A10-5800k OC'd vs. G2120 + 7750.... price vs performance in a mini itx build

Trying to figure out the pros and cons of each system build in a mini itx form factor. This is a budget build.

The 5800k will be overclocked and running 2133/2400 ram. The g2120+low profile 7750 will stay stock. The mini itx case/mobo/power supply needs to be able to support 2 hard drives(ssd and 3tb+hdd).

Obviously the intel build will be faster, but will the price scale with performance. I dont need raw performance, i already have a oc'd 2500k/7950 desktop plus ive seen what a wattage limited a10-4600m no a much faster 5800k oc'd is good enough for home theater in my book.

the a10 is fine for a home theater use. one less fan~ frankly you might want to look at the A8-5600k... they just announced a drop in the price down to like $90... don't think you can beat that price/performance right there.

if you can find the a8 for $90 i doubt you'll do much better... in most benches it's right there with the a10.

im going to wait for richland to come out or find a crazy deal on a mini itx/ivy pentium combo,

interested to see what the 6800k and 8670d will really do in users hands, by then, the 5800k price will drop, and deals will come live as sellers want them off the shelves. unless i can find a crazy deal on a mini itx/ivy pentium combo, and a low pro 7750 for like $200 total
