Solution
The Intel rig but with one minor modification:

INTEL
INTEL G2010
SI MS7788 H61M-P31/W8 INTEL H61
KINGSTON KHX1600C9D3K2 4GB
AMD HD7750.

The 7750 is a bit pricier than GT630 but outperforms it by significant margin. (sometimes up to 50%) Good luck. It is also a bit more expensive than the 6670 but brings around 20/25% more at average.

Cheapest 630 I could find in my region is 50 euro. Cheapest 6670 was 70. Cheapest 7750 I could find is 80 euro. And those a bit extra euro make a stellar difference.

If your PSU is 350 or 300 true watts than it will be ok. Disabling the iGPU will bring down the Pentium G to 30W/25W consumption. The HD7750 doesn't need any external power connectors and it draws all power from the PCIe slot which has max of 75W. If your PSU is 350/300 true watts then you are on the safe side.

There is another thing though. The HD 7750 need 19 amps on the 12V rail from the PSU. Could you post your PSU model and brand please?
