AMD's website says that the A10-6800K CPU/APU has version "PCIe 2.0":

Does this mean that I can't use PCIe 3.0 video cards plugged into a motherboard which uses this CPU, even if the motherboard has an available PCIe 3.0 slot? Or, does it mean that any PCIe 3.0 card I plug in will only run at 2.0 speeds?
