So I have a computer that I built for my computer. It has amd a10-6800k with Asrock fm2a88m-hd+
it has 8gb of 2133mhz. I installed with stock cooler and arctic silver but it idles around 50+ degree celcius. When I turn on a game such as Sims or Dota 2, it jumps up to 100 degree cecius. The computer shuts down itself after 10-15 minutes into gaming.
I have a similar build that i built for my father and his a10 idles around 50 degree celcius so i'm thinking that a10 itself is very easily heated up. But for him he does not game or anything so it is perfectly fine.
My question is that will investing $30 to buy an Cooler Master T4 CPU cooler fix this issue? or is it just faulty cpu or bad mobo?
