It will work with the dGPU; however you ideally want to get an standalone CPU for that socket as having an A10 APU (meaning CPU with integrated GPU {iGPU} already) then installing a dedicated GPU {dGPU} like the GTX 1060, your iGPU will have to be disabled as you cannot use Dual Graphics between that iGPU with the dGPU (I think you're limited to an AMD R7 250 but Dual Graphics isn't all that.
So basically, yes, it will work but not ideal, just ensure your monitor is connected directly to the GTX1060 external display/HDMI port and disable the integrated graphics in your BIOS.
Then you're good to go.
