Hi guys 😉 wanted to ask something. I got a new PC with a A10 7700k processor.
So with the stock cooler I get temps of 48-52 C*. Which in my opinion is kinda hot. So I put my old
"Ice Edge mini FS" cooler that I used on my old intel core 2 duo. Now my temp and idle is 40C*.
My problem is when I run games the CPU gets really hot... like 75-78C* and I dont want to damage it. The case is well vented with 3 fans and a nice airflow. Any suggestions?

Solution
Its fine. If its under 80 C* is not such a big deal. Over 100 may be a problem. The heatsink is also not that good to dissipate heat fast. You won't damage it. But if you want you can update to the 212 EVO. Nice budget fan, keeps my 8350 on 4.5GHz under 50 while heavy gaming.
