AMD A10-7800 + nvidia gtx 1060?

Hi, I'm just looking for a new graphic card for my PC, I want to know if my computer with an AMD elite quad-core a10-7800 with motherboard MEDION D3F3-EM, could run a nvidia gtx 1060 with 3gb ddr5 or a 1050ti instead.

Any new GPU would bottleneck on that CPU. It's not elite, also that motherboard is unknown to me.
At best 750Ti in that build, buy it used, so you don't spend unnecessary money.
If you have a budget for a build, I'd be glad to make one.
