The AMD processor will wipe the floor with the Intel processor in this case, although I'd recommend not buying the GT 740, using the iGPU and saving for a better one, preferably around GTX 750Ti/960 or R9 270X levels.

7850K even at stock beats the celeron combo. It can go even higher when overclocked (especially the GPU side GPU freq+ Ram freq)
