AMD A10-7860k or AMD A10-7870k

Is really worth spend a few more for a 7870k or i can buy the 7860k? is there a big difference?

The difference mainly in prepackaged cooler, speed of integrated graphics and power draw. A10-7870K has 3.9 GHz base clock, 4.1 GHz turbo, GPU clocked at 866 MHZ and Near Silent 125W cooler. Its power draw is 95W. A10-7860k has 3.6 GHz base clock, 4.0 GHz turbo, gpu clocked at 757 MHz, configurable power draw from 45-65W and Near Silent 95W cooler.
