amd a10 7860k ram overclocking issue

I have a amd a10 7860k apu i have read that overclocking the ram will boost fps by 50% so i tried to over clock the ram to 2400mhz (my ram support 2400mhz kingstone hyper x 8gb (4×2) ) my pc boot up and every thing runs normaly but when i open game or programes or after 20 minutes on desktop it freezes or get some lines on the screen with buzz sound and then the pc restarts(motherboard:gigabyte ga-f2a68hm-hd2
Any help ?

Those are symptoms of an unstable system. I suggest you go back to known stable settings then work your way up slowly in small steps, and run stability tests with prime95 and memtest every change.

I am already stable at 2133mhz but when i overclock it to 2400mhz the proplem happen and the pc freezes while gaming with buzz sound and wierd lines on screen
