Amd A10 7890K with Nvidia GTX 1050Ti

Hello,

I bought Amd A10 7890K with Radeon R7 Graphics but i am not sure about the drivers. (http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Desktop-APU-Drivers.aspx)

If i install the driver will it cause a problem with 1050Ti or both gpu's will work together?
I am afraid because when i was using A10 6700 with Radeon™ HD 8670D the gpu was always causing problems for me.

So its okay to install the driver. But i dont have an idea how to turn IGPU off. If it will be helpful i have Msi A68hm Gaming motherboard.

Manual for it is pretty poor but must be somewhere in the BIOS.
