Mabye w/ Radeon HD 8760M 2GB

Is it good compaired to what? at what budget? for what purpose?

Is it good compaired to an i7 and dedicated graphics, not by a long shot.
Is it good comapaired to a pentium d with intel gaphics, sure.

Ok if you can not answer simple quesitons like your budget and purpose I cant help you much.

The entire AMD linup for laptop CPUs are not that great of CPUs compaired to whats out there, an i7 or even i5 with dedicated graphics will run circles around it.
