amd a10 pro 8850b

Need advice. I want an upgrade to my a6 7400k Apu. Was wondering if the amd a10 pro 8850b would work. I have serious budgetary constraints as I can't purchase anything over $50usd due to customs duty in my country. I would just like to know if this Apu would be compatible with my existing setup along with ddr3 2133mhz ram. Motherboard is a biostar A70U3P FM2+ / FM2 . Help needed ASAP. Thanks.

Upwards of $100. Getting a good deal on the 8850b. Don't plan to overclock . The most intensive game I play is grid2. Otherwise it's a htpc.
