So I have an AMD A10 Series 9700 paired with my Radeon GTX 560 (bought Pre-Built and I want to run some games at 1080p and been having stutters when playing Overwatch or Fortnite at 1080p) and was thinking if I can upgrade my current CPU to the new Ryzen 3 2200G as I heard that the A10 9700 isn't good to be paired with a dedicated GPU
PC is a Dell Inspiron 5675

Solution
Yes, new Ryzen APU is way better than older ones because it's all new Ryzen architecture while older ones were just old cores adapted to work with AM4.
You could easily swap to 2200G or 2400G and with 2400G probably even have better GPU performance than GT 560 but if you can wait for new Athlon on Ryzen platform ( essentially 2200/2400g without GPU) and want to keep that 560 or get better one) have an even better cost bargain.
Other option would be to get some R3 1200/1300 processor.
