Can AMD A12-9800 work for AAA games at low setting?

is it good? or bad?

Here's my current PC Spec :
-CPU : FX 8300
-GPU : RX 550
-RAM : 10GB DDR3

should i upgrade? or it will be downgrade?

Solution
Fx8300+Gtx1050ti can run any AAA game at ultra-high settings 1080p, and it absolutely destroys A12 9800+RX550.
If you are going to buy A12 9800, you also have to buy new AM4 motherboard and DDR4 RAMs. So instead of spending money on these, you can just buy a better graphics card. FX8300 is still powerful enough to run latest AAA games smoothly. However if you are going to buy a GPU, anything above GTX1060 will be bottlenecked. So my honest suggestion is, just buy a GTX1050ti or GTX1060 3gb model.
