What video card do u recommend?
Is it okay to get a GTX 1050ti?

Your cpu is one of the weakest desktop cpus available on the market. It's going to bottleneck pretty much anything. I don't know what your budget is, but I recommend upgrading to any of the FM2+ Athlon x4 cpus like the 860k, 845, or 880k and THEN buying a video card.
