AMD A6-4455m Overclock

Hey I wanted to overclock my apu a6-4455m 2.1 MHz turbocore to 2.6 MHz
tried to google it and I have downloaded several apps and all of them is gave me this error "cpu is 15h processor family is not supported" , any advice ??

Generally, you cannot overclock a laptop processor.

you would need a 4455k but overclocking a laptop apu is very bad idea unless you have some way to keep it from overheating. AND believe me it WILL overheat itried it on an old dell laptop i bought for 5 bucks from a buddy and the cpu caught fire after i clocked it to more than 20 percent

very easy, just use custom high performance power plan, go to processor state, minimum 100 % & maximum with 100 %, it will always have turbo core enabled, up to 2595 mhz, to over clock de GPU just download AMD's AOD aplication, set maximum core speed to 830 mhz, and have a proper extra cooling system, you wil have bad ass performance for a low class APU.

my APU maintains a 60 temperature, the APU can take up to 100, so, just make sure your laptop keeps the temperature on the safe side before you keep working with these profiles. love AMD, provides more bang for the buck, love it!!

also I recommend getting 8 gyg of ram, it just makes games a little bit better, but hey, for 50 $ it will give you a better windows experience overall.
