AMD A6 7400k / AMD A6 6400k which one to buy?

Please help me guys! tomorrow i am going to buy myself a new processor and my budget is extremely tight (4k indian rupees / $62), so i have finalized amd a6 7400k and amd 6400k APUs so that i dont have to buy a graphic card cause literally i dont have a single penny than 7k. (out of which the motherboard will take 3k). I want this processor to play smite and path of exile on mid-high settings and do programming as well (handle IDE's like android studio, visual studio etc). I am open to any other processor which comes under the same price bracket. Thanks!

p.s. It should also able to run android virtual machines.

i already own a pc and am looking to upgrade the processor only. After some research i think i have found the processor, it is AMD A8 7600 which i think i might get for $70 from local store, But there is one tiny problem currently i own a transcend ddr3 1333mhz memory module and the amd a8 works great with 2133. What should i do?
