Solution

gt 1030 is a decent card for a budget . but if you expect it to deliver 50 frames plus on high settings at 1080p then you are probably dreaming . Yes this card will do you good 720p resolution and a little compromise in settings . And just for the go check this site out and fill in all your details and tell me what it says ;-http://thebottlenecker.com (this site gives you an overview of whats the weak part in your system )
Or instead of using this site you can use msi afterburner just to see how much your graphic card...

Or instead of using this site you can use msi afterburner just to see how much your graphic card and cpu is getting used up ! If both are above 80 then thats good ! but at the end also depends on the games . so on that will suggest to benchmark on farcry 3 , crysis 2,3 , metro last light , battlefield 1 , call of duty ww2 ., dying light . just test on anyone of these all of these titles are gpu and cpu instensive so you should get a fair amount of data on the usage ! and also tell us the data !

If your monitor is connected thorugh your gpu there is no use of disabling that poor guy !
and also use msi afterburner and tell us the percentage your gpu and cpu is getting used at !
