Question AMD A6 9500 not working in gigabyte b450 m gaming rev1.0

Before I start my question I do apologise for my language errors.
I brought gigabyte b450 m gaming rev 1.0 motherboard to assemble it with AMD Ryzen 3 2200g. But after I realize cpu won't boot in this motherboard without bios update I brought a AMD A6 9500 to update bios.Then I assemble the new cpu into motherboard and power on system. When I pushing power button CPU fan working and when I release power button fan stops.I Thought it would be motherboard error. But I tried the Ryzen 3 2200 g CPU fan spinning well. And I also tried athlon 200 ge it also works fine.what could be the reason.

b450 board should work with 2200G right out the box.
full system spec? include make and model of the psu

are you sure you got the right motherboard?
the model should be on the motherboard itself
