AMD A6-9500E unlocked?

As I have stated up above, I'm curious if the AMD A6-9500E is unlocked and overclockable. I just bought an ASRock AB350 motherboard and was looking to overclock this little guy but can't find anything online anywhere about people overclocking this APU. It states that maximum turbo clock is 3.4gHz which makes me assume that it is essentially locked. I was just looking for some insight on someone that may know.

3.4 GHz is the automatic overclock, you can't go any higher.
