AMD A6 processor potential discrete gpu bottlenecking

Would an A6 cpu bottleneck say, a gtx 1070 or 1080?

Absolutely. Which A6 do you have? If you have the money to spend on a GTX 1080 then you have the money to upgrade your CPU.

The 1070/1080 thing was more of a suggestion to bottleneck capabilities, but i have:

AAHD2 (Holly2) motherboard by pegatron
and an AMD A6-3650
dual channel 8gb sticks of ddr3 ram at 1600mhz
integrated graphics and stock cpu cooler as well as a 300w psu (soon to be upgraded)

Your CPU will bottleneck any modern GPU other than maybe a GT 1030 or RX 550. But even then you will want a better CPU if you want to game.

Your motherboard cannot support a CPU fast enough for a GTX 1070/1080. It would be best to build a whole new system.

I went with the 1600 because I would like to stream but still have a fairly budget friendly system. Also, for my current system, its runs borderlands 2 and league and even assassins creed rogue and assassins creed 3 just fine on the lowest and/or medium-low settings

Your parts list looks good enough to me.

Those games are not as demanding as the newer AAA games.
