AMD A8-3850 Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6550D Not being utilized?

I recent got my hands on a build with the A8-3850. It seems as though the PC is not recognizing it. My windows experience index has graphics and gaming graphics both at a 1.0, and under specifics, it says graphics not detected.

Also, the build has been stuttering every couple of minutes with light tasks such as web browsing. This should not be a problems as I have 16GB RAM, so I am assuming it is also related to the graphics issue. Thanks!


Update: I forgot to install the ATI catalyst drivers.... thanks!

u must not have installed the amd graphics drivers, go download then and give it a try
