The only way to know for certain is to try it. It should work. The hardware itself can be upgraded, but Samsung could have disabled the ability to upgrade in the bios/software. People have reported success in upgrading to the A10-5750M in HP laptops. The A10-4600m is another option which may be more compatible.
Either of those upgrades would give you a stronger GPU and a slightly higher clocked CPU. You should not expect to see vastly improved performance, however. How much the CPU bump would help depends on how well your laptop dissipates heat. The CPU can only run as fast as heat allows and if it is already heat limited then a faster CPU will run at the same speed. Even if the new CPU is compatible, you shouldn't expect to see more than a 5%-20% speed increase.
I don't know if you have taken your laptop apart before, but it was probably not designed for it to be easy to replace the CPU. You should expect it to be a lot of work.
