AMD A8-5500 vs. AMD Phenom X4 965?

Should I go with the
(1) Phenom X4 965 w/ A Radeon 6770 or a GTX 550 Ti or..
(2) AMD A8-5500 w/ the Intergraded APU graphics Radeon 7560D

(I dont cant buy a GPU since I dont have enough money for a good one if I choose this (2))

So the question is, which one would be better?

If you can't get a graphics card and you have no graphics card at all then you have to get the APU. The Phenom II has no integrated graphics so you would have to get a video card. The APU does have integrated graphics so you don't need to buy a video card, the trade off though is that the APU has a weaker CPU core.

Yeah, if I buy the APU I wont have enough for a graphics card but if I get the Phenom X4 965 I could get either of those graphics card in (1). So can you rephrase that in a way that you would say which one would win since I think you got confused and please write which one though not just the reason why (even though it was a reasonable great reason lol) . Thanks you

I would get the Phenom II for the CPU but for the graphics card what games are you going to be playing and and what resolution. The problem is both those video cards are entry level gaming cards and both are now a generation old. Don't expect to play games like Crysis, BF3 or the latest COD on maxed out settings at 1920X1080 or higher with no lag or bad fps.

I would play games like Arma II and the DayZ mod, Minecraft, maybe BF3 but no big deal if I can't, Sleeping Dogs, Need for Speed: The Run and No COD game. I would mostly play Minecraft and Arma II the most. I would have to play in 1024x720 monitor since that's the only one I have. But if it will run BF3, what settings would it? (and btw, you WILL be selected as best answer for sure since you are being really helpful)

With that low of a resolution a Radeon 7870 or GTX 660/660Ti would be fine.
