My AMD A8-5600K cpu keeps overheating when i play World Of Tanks and other games,
idle temps are about 50-65C and at full load 90C and thats when it shuts down.
i use the stock cooler, and my cpu is at stock speeds too.

my cpu cooler is attached properly and cleaned and my pc still overheats and shuts down.

help.

all my fans are working too. at around 3200rpm 🙁 plz help

Solution
Its for sure a temp problem. 90 is blistering hot. Get new paste on there and clean the cooler. Make sure the cooler is connect to the cpu fan header on the motherboard

Is it the stock all aluminum cooler or the cooper pipe ones that come with the high end cpu. The all aluminum one sucks especially and if you have that cooler you should upgrade to either a hyper 212 evo if you have a case big enough or Noctua L-Type if you don't want a tall cooler and don't have the room. And when you put that cooler in was the thermal compound the preapplied that can from the factory or you put the thermal paste on.

i bought it from the shop aleady put togheter it was working fine for 2 years, but now i moved and added a wifi chip and this restarting stuff started happening.

I don't think the card has anything to do with the temps, Check if the cpu fan is dirty and if you can put new thermal compound on the cpu that would be great and if the issues still happens I wound buy this cpu cooler https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-RR-212E-20PK-R2-120mm/dp/B00BSKY1M4/ref=pd_sbs_147_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B005O65JXI&pd_rd_r=KXV7JYEF2YX61RC5ZKQ2&pd_rd_w=6sMpI&pd_rd_wg=C11oN&refRID=KXV7JYEF2YX61RC5ZKQ2&th=1 or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005O65JXI?tag=tomshardware_forum_vgl-20&th=1 if you have a atx styler case and if you have a sff case https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-Premium-Cooler-Cooling-NH-L9x65/dp/B00VB3Y89E/ref=sr_1_20?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1498274551&sr=1-20&keywords=cpu+cooler you should get this one.

i'm gonna get the coller master 212 and see what happens...

i've come to a conclusion that the temps arent a problem, it's something else...
i reinstalled windows and even that did not help.
my PSU is fine the fan is spinning the voltages are okay.
WHAT COULD BE THE REASON?

Reinstalling windows doesn't fix temp issues. and did you install the cooler yet?

The temps are nota problem, i think it's hardware problem. but how is it possble that the other day it was working fine and after a day (actually hours) it just does this....

Maybe power supply.

ahhhhhhhhhhhh, it was my HDD i ran CHKDSK and it deleted like 700k corruped files. now it seems to be working fine :)
